The East Los Angeles Community Spotlight is a motion graphic video celebrating the vibrant cultural heritage and history of East L.A. Created for digital display at a Wells Fargo retail location on Whittier and Indiana, the video highlights the community’s rich traditions, significant contributions, and enduring spirit. Through a blend of archival imagery, engaging storytelling, and dynamic visuals, it offers an inspiring and educational experience that pays tribute to the unique identity of East L.A.
I worked closely with the Creative Director to bring her storyboard to life, developing the pacing and transitions to create a smooth and cohesive narrative. Using After Effects, I transformed static concepts into visually engaging motion graphics that aligned with the project’s creative vision. My role focused on ensuring the animations captured the essence of the community, delivering a
final piece that resonates with viewers and honors East L.A.’s legacy.
